Due to the cost of media, compounds, and labor, our "free" sample processing is limited to 10 hours of lab time. Customer that require sample testing beyond the 10 hours will incur a minimum charge* based on their parts configuration and the process required to achieve an acceptable part.
*This charge is refundable with the purchase of a Vibrodyne finishing machine.
